Diabetic Training will be held for ID/A providers. This will be presented by Encompass Health on December 11th from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.  It will be held in the training room at SASMG. Please register above NO LATER than December 8th. Certificates will be provided to attendees. There is a maximum of 40 people for this session.
