DESCRIPTION:The AE organizes and facilitates the meeting with SCOs\, OVR\, Blair County schools’ personnel\, other local human service agencies\, providers\, and families about information\, resources\, and information regarding different transition periods throughout the lifespan of people we support. The focus has historically been on kids as they transition throughout their school years and into adulthood. Employment focuses on positively supporting people to find and maintain competitive employment. This meeting is held on the 3rd Thursday of each month (September-May\, unless otherwise scheduled) from 8:30am to 10:30am virtually. The target audience are SCOs\, ID/A providers\, OVR representatives\, CareerLink\, school personnel\, families/parents\, the CIL\, Department of Social Services\, local business representatives\, and other interested stakeholders. DESCRIPTION:SASMG is pleased to offer Service Note Training: Writing and Reviewing Service Notes on September 29\, 2026\, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This interactive training is designed for staff who write and/or review service notes and will provide practical guidance to support quality documentation. \nTopics will include: \n\nCompanion service notes\nIn-Home and Community service notes\nUnlicensed CPS service notes\n\nRegistration opens August 17\, 2026\, on the SASMG website. Anyone involved in writing or reviewing service notes is encouraged to attend and take advantage of this valuable learning opportunity. \nImportant Reminder: Attendees must submit a shift of service notes to Jeanna Bilek no later than September 14\, 2026.
